Sunday night, my dad, sister and I decided spur-of-the-moment to go see Star Trek: Into Darkness. Leigh Bailey in which she extols the virtue of The Star Trek Way to Avoid Saggy Middles. The blog is Tara Lain, and is on a restricted setting, but the article itself is actually spot on. Starting next weekend, I'll be posting a weekly series of recipes inspired by science fiction sources including Star Trek, Babylon 5, Farscape and Futurama. So much so that Ethan Phillips co-authored this cookbook. Recently a friend threw a "Star Trek" Party and wanted me to make some of the food from "The Star Trek Cookbook", and to also create Star Trek Drinks from the various spin offs. Hollywood stars are willing to take drastic dietary measures to lose weight for a movie role. The Star Trek Cookbook - Neelix was quite the chef in Star Trek: Voyager. Though I have never been to a culinary school, I had excellent I was once fascinated by the Star Trek cookbook I borrowed from the library. I've been cooking since I was about eight years old.
